Inglewood, Calif. — George Smith Partners has secured the $34 million refinancing of Crenshaw Imperial Plaza, a 305,000-square-foot mixed-use center located roughly 12 miles outside Los Angeles in Inglewood.
Oakland, Calif. — A joint venture between Western Avenue Capital and Northstar Enterprise Opportunity Fund I LP has acquired Foothill Square Shopping Center, a 120,000-square-foot retail center located in Oakland.
Orange, Calif. — Paragon Commercial Group LLC has acquired Rusty Leaf Plaza, a 60,294-square-foot shopping center located roughly 30 miles outside Los Angeles in Orange.
Santee, Calif. — Pacific Castle has completed the disposition of Santee Town Center, a 120,000-square-foot shopping center located roughly 18 miles outside San Diego in Santee.
Los Alamitos, Calif. — A joint venture between Lincoln Property Co. and Long Wharf Real Estate Partners LLC is set to begin construction on Village 605, a 113,880-square-foot shopping center located roughly 23 miles outside Los Angeles in Los Alamitos.
