The sale also included three outparcels occupied Buffalo Wild Wings, Arby’s and a multi-tenant building leased to Lenscrafters and CAVA. Atlanta — CBRE has arranged a $171.4 million loan for the refinancing of an eight-property portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers in the Southeast. Comprising roughly 1.2 million square feet, the portfolio was 96.6 percent leased at the time of financing to 194 tenants including Kroger, Publix and Whole Foods Market. PGIM provided the financing to the borrowers, Branch Properties and Corebridge Real Estate Investors (formerly AIG Global Real Estate). Homestead, Fla. — Linkvest Capital and MMG Equity Partners have acquired Homestead Station, a 4.8-acre mixed-use development located in Homestead, approximately 30 miles southwest of Miami. LV Lending was the seller, and the transaction was completed through a deed in lieu of foreclosure. Delivered in 2019, Homestead Station features tenants including Evo Entertainment + IMAX and retail and dining space, as well as a 1,100-space parking garage. Roughly 18,000 square feet of vacant space is currently available for lease at the property.
