Chris Maling and David Maling of Avison Young represented the buyer, 710 E. Katella. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, a private equity group from New York. Built in 2006, the single-tenant property is situated on just over 1.6 acres of land. CVS/pharmacy has occupied the space since 2006 and has 19 years remaining on its triple net lease.

Buford, Ga. — Transwestern Real Estate Services has arranged the $3.7 million sale of a 26,400-square-foot retail center located at 1995 Mall of Georgia Blvd. in the Atlanta suburb of Buford. Kevin Markwordt and Fred Victor of Transwestern represented the seller, Jack Rabbit Group LLC, in the disposition to a private investor. The center is located adjacent to Mall of Georgia.

Built in 1998, the center was fully occupied at the time of sale by tenants including Shane’s Rib Shack, Stevi B’s and H&R Block. Target and Academy Sports + Outdoors shadow-anchor the property. Uptown Square was fully leased at the time of sale by tenants including Goodwill, Harbor Freight Tools, T-Mobile and The UPS Store. Ackerman & Co. was self-represented in the purchase.
