New York — The Feil Organization has inked a 1,541-square-foot lease with Blue Bottle Coffee on the ground floor of 257 Park Avenue South, a 226,000-square-foot office building in Manhattan’s Flatiron District.
Huntsville, Ala. — RCP Cos. has signed three restaurant concepts to join the tenant lineup at MidCity, a $350 million mixed-use development under construction in Huntsville.
Philadelphia — Philadelpha-based PREIT has inked leases with Forever 21 at four of its malls across the country.
Los Angeles — Shapell Liberty Investment Properties has signed three new tenants to The Vineyards, a $150 million planned mixed-use development in Los Angeles’ Porter Ranch community.
Lakeland, Tenn. — The Was Group LLC will handle the leasing assignment for The Lake District, a 165-acre mixed-use project in Lakeland, 23 miles northeast of Memphis.
Dallas — Northwood Retail has signed four new tenants to Hillside Village in Dallas, and unveiled a five-phase renovation plan for the 166,229-square-foot center.
Florence, S.C. — An 8,500-square-foot Five Below and a 20,000-square-foot HomeGoods will join the tenant mix at PREIT’s Magnolia Mall in Florence.
Philadelphia — Kimco Realty’s Lincoln Square mixed-use project currently under development will be the site of Philadelphia’s first Sprouts Farmers Market.
Torrance and Santa Maria, Calif. — CBRE has arranged two leases for Dick’s Sporting Goods in Torrance and Santa Maria. The retailer will occupy 83,210 square feet at Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance, and 40,000 square feet at a development site in Santa Maria. The second site is part of an overall master development that will house Costco, Lowe’s and HomeGoods. Scott Riddles, Derek Fitch and Rob Crumly of CBRE arranged the leases on behalf of the tenant.
Dartmouth, Mass. — PREIT has signed three new tenants at Dartmouth Mall in Dartmouth, a city in southeast Massachusetts.
