Scottsdale, Ariz. — The Italiano has opened a new restaurant within Mercado del Rancho, an 89,506-square-foot retail center located in Scottsdale, approximately 15 miles northeast of Phoenix. Sprouts Farmers Market anchors the center, which is owned by Westwood Financial. Other tenants at the property include Starbucks Coffee, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Club Pilates, Orange Theory, Stretch Lab, Jersey Mikes, FedEx, Chompie’s Bagels, Nékter Juice Bar and Hello Laser. The Italiano, a concept originally founded by Chef Joey Maggiore, brings the center to full occupancy.
Salem, N.H. — Anthropologie has opened a new store at The Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem. Totaling 7,685 square feet, this marks the first store in the state for the brand. Simon owns and operates The Mall at Rockingham Park. Other tenants at the mall include FP Movement, DICK’s House of Sport and Earthbound Trading Co.
Houston — Katz’s Deli, a 24-hour restaurant concept, has signed a 6,300-square-foot lease in Houston. Construction on the new restaurant, which will be situated within the Memorial City mixed-use development, is scheduled to begin in early 2025. Delivery of the development is expected by early 2026. MetroNational owns and manages Memorial City. Melbourne and Sarasota, Fla. — Nordstrom Rack has announced plans to open two new stores in Florida. Located in Melbourne and Sarasota, the stores will comprise 24,000 and 27,000 square feet, respectively. The Melbourne store will be situated within The Avenue Viera and is scheduled to open next fall. Situated within Sarasota Pavilion, the Sarasota store is scheduled to open in spring 2026. Falls Church, Va. — Two new tenants are set to join West Falls, a 10-acre mixed-use development currently underway by Hoffman & Associates in Falls Church.
