Manassas, Va. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $10.2 million sale of a 67,022-square-foot shopping center located in Manassas, roughly 31 miles southwest of Washington, D.C. H Mart anchors the center, which was built in 1981. Other tenants at the property, which was fully leased at the time of sale, include Starbucks Coffee, Domino’s Pizza and Wingstop, as well as several local retailers.
Dean Zang and David Crotts of Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a private individual based in the local area, and procured the buyer, a 1031 exchange investor who acquired the asset in three different entities. The buyer had previously acquired the outparcels leased to Taco Bell, Burger King and SunTrust Bank in 2018.
