Minnetonka, Minn. — Dick’s Sporting Goods plans to open a new store this May in Minnetonka, about 14 miles from Minneapolis. Denver — Monfort Cos. has completed the sale of 1946 Market Street, a 22,000-square-foot retail building leased to Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row in Denver’s LoDo neighborhood. Jim Blumenthal, a local real estate investor, acquired the property for $24 million. Brett MacDougall and Michael DeSantis of Unique Properties represented the buyer. Monfort Cos. and Riot Hospitality Group will continue to lease and operate the property, which recently underwent renovations that included a 6,000-square-foot addition.
