 Port St. Lucie, Fla. — PEBB Enterprises and Banyan Development have finalized a lease with Aldi at Shoppes @ the Heart of Tradition, a 71,000-square-foot retail center to be constructed on 15 acres in Port St. Lucie. Occupying 19,231 square feet, the supermarket will anchor the center, which is located within the master-planned Tradition Community. Plymouth, Mich. — Domino’s Pizza has signed a lease to occupy 1,667 square feet in Plymouth, roughly 27 miles west of Detroit. The new Domino’s location will partially replace a former AT&T store, which is currently being redeveloped into a two-tenant retail building. Michael Murphy and Tjader Gerdom of Gerdom Realty and Investment, a commercial real estate agency based in Northville, Michigan, represented Domino’s in the transaction. Gregory Mallory of Armada Real Estate, based in West Bloomfield, Michigan, represented the landlord.

Milton, Ga. — Savi Provisions, an Atlanta-based grocer, has opened a new, 3,644-square-foot location at Crapapple Market in Milton, roughly 30 miles north of Atlanta. Located at 12630 Crabapple Road, the store opened Dec. 10. Founded in 2009, Savi offers prepared foods such as sandwiches and salads in addition to organic groceries, wine and coffee. Spirits will also be sold at the Liquor Market, which comprises an additional 983 square feet.

Huntington, N.Y. — Three new tenants will join Huntington Commons, a retail center located on Long Island. CycleBar, GOLFTEC and iStretchPlus will lease a total 7,299 square feet at the property, which is currently undergoing redevelopment. Joining a soon-to-open ShopRite and newly relocated and updated Marshalls, the tenants will backfill a space previously occupied by Outback Steakhouse. Dan Glazer of Ripco Real Estate represented the landlord, Urban Edge Properties, in the negotiations. Glazer also represented CycleBa. Faronn Roboff of Royal Properties Inc. represented GOLFTEC.

New York, N.Y. — Adidas has signed a 30,639-square-foot retail lease renewal for its flagship store at 610 Broadway in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood. The sportswear giant has committed to the three-story space for an additional 10 years. The six-story building was originally built in 2004 and predominantly houses office space. JLL represented the landlord, LaSalle Investment Management, in the lease negotiations. Adidas was represented internally.

Webster, Texas — Kimco Realty has negotiated two leases with Kura Sushi, a technology-enabled Japanese restaurant, and specialty meat concept Wild Fork at The Shops at Baybrook. The center is under construction in the southeastern Houston suburb of Webster. Hannah Tosch, Wade Greene, Cody Persyn and Kimberly Lenardson of Colliers represented Kimco in the lease negotiations.

Medford, Mass. — The Shops at Station Landing — a retail center located in Medford, roughly 5 miles outside of Boston — will see the addition of Life Time Wellington Station, a fitness club. Beginning this month, the gym will occupy 52,000 square feet and three stories at the center and feature amenities including strength-based and cardio equipment, a four-lane lap pool, spa and café. The location will also offer spaces for barre, cycling, Pilates, yoga, and personal and group training.
