New York City — Ghost kitchen operator Kitchen United has opened a 6,400-square-foot space at 307 W. 38th St. in Midtown Manhattan where it will offer takeout and delivery of brands such as Wingstop, Jersey Mike’s Subs and Chili’s. The location is the third in New York City for Kitchen United, which also recently acquired software and ghost kitchen developer Zuul. The acquisition saw Zuul’s existing locations in the Soho and Hudson Yards neighborhoods rebranded as a Kitchen United MIX centers last month.

Boca Raton, Fla. — Sprouts Farmers Market is set to open a 25,837-square-foot store at Shadowwood Square, a 220,426-square-foot retail center in Boca Raton. The space was formerly occupied by Stein Mart. Terranova Corp. arranged the 15-year lease deal with Sprouts, which is set to open next year. Located at 9789 Glades Road, the retail center is home to tenants including Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy and Regal Cinemas.

Bolingbrook, Ill. — DD’s Discounts is set to open an 18,000-square-foot store at Market Square Shopping Center in the Chicago suburb of Bolingbrook. Other tenants at the property include Walmart, Dollar Tree, Wintrust Bank and T-Mobile. Michael Horne of Newcastle Properties represented the property’s ownership on an internal basis. Andy Bulson of Mid-America Real Estate represented the tenant.

Keller, Texas — JAH Realty has signed a 32,000-square-foot lease with Planet Fitness at Keller Crossing Shopping Center in Keller, about 17 miles from Fort Worth. William Rosatti represented JAH Realty and Tyler Grisham at Edge Realty Partners represented Planet Fitness in the transaction. Planet Fitness plans to open within the space next year, which was previously occupied by Stein Mart. Keller Crossing is co-anchored by Ace Hardware, Tuesday Morning and Big Lots.

St. Charles, Mo. — St. Louis Funny Bone Comedy Club has opened a new location at the Streets of St. Charles, a 27-acre mixed-use development in suburban St. Louis.
