Lafayette, La. — Kimco Realty Corp. has sold Acadiana Square, a 244,768-square-foot retail power center located in Lafayette, for $24 million.
New Orleans — Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) has secured a $27.7 million loan for Algiers Plaza, a recently renovated 236,389-square-foot, Winn-Dixie anchored shopping center in New Orleans.
Shreveport, La. — Dallas-based Venture Commercial Real Estate has arranged the sale of Shoppes at Bellemead, a 79,328-square-foot shopping center located in Shreveport.
Hammond, La. — CBRE has secured a $53 million, 10-year loan for Hammond Square located in Hammond.
Bossier City, La. — Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) has secured $10.7 million in acquisition financing for Bossier Corners, a 173,178-square-foot regional power center located in Bossier City near Shreveport.
Baton Rouge, La., Auburn, Ala. — Newk’s Eatery will open two new locations in Alabama and Louisiana.
Irvine, Calif. — Faris Lee Investments has completed the sales of three newly constructed, single-tenant properties triple-net leased by CVS Pharmacy. The transactions were sold for a total of $17 million.
Lafayette, La. — The majority of the retailers committed to the project are either first-time locations within Lafayette or Louisiana, or both.
