Kansas City, Mo. — Highwoods Properties Inc. (NYSE: HIW) has agreed to sell the historic, 1.3 million-square-foot Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, largely known as the nation’s first shopping center.
Kansas City, Mo. — Retail Properties of America Inc. has sold The Shops at Boardwalk, a 122,397-square-foot shopping center located in Kansas City.
Sunset Hills, Mo. — Sansone Group has purchased a property formerly occupied by Sanders Automotive in Sunset Hills, a southwest suburb of St. Louis, for an undisclosed price.
Des Peres, Mo. — Sansone Group has reacquired Olympic Oaks Village in Des Peres, a western suburb of St. Louis, for $22 million.
Maryville, Mo. — Pizza Ranch is set to open a new location in Maryville.
Atlanta — Atlanta-based RCG Ventures Fund III has acquired three shopping centers located in Alabama, New York and Missouri.
Jennings, Mo. — Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales team has brokered the sale of Plaza on the Boulevard located in the St. Louis community of Jennings. The 149,548-square-foot grocery-anchored center was purchased by Chicago-based Newport Capital Partners for $30.65 million.
Washington – The assignments add 650,000 square feet to the company’s portfolio.
Kansas City, Mo. – Previous owner Copaken Brooks retains a 10 percent interest and will lease and manage the center.
Atlanta – The properties, which totaled more than $11 million in sales revenue and more than 218,000 square feet of retail real estate, are located in Illinois, Missouri and Alabama.
