Madison Marquette to Manage Three New Retail Centers

Washington – The assignments add 650,000 square feet to the company’s portfolio.

Washington – Madison Marquette Retail Services (MMRS) has been selected to provide property management and leasing services for The Meadows at Lake Saint Louis near Chesterfield, Mo.; Burlington Town Center in Burlington, Vt.; and Penn’s Purchase in Lahaska, Pa. The Meadows at Lake Saint Louis is a mall with more than 40 shops and restaurants, and is home to the only Von Maur department store in Missouri. Burlington Town Center is adjacent to The Church Street Marketplace, an open-air four-block pedestrian shopping plaza. It is home to Vermont’s only J.Crew, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn and White House Black Market. Penn’s Purchase is MMRS’s first factory-outlet asset and is located in Bucks County, north of Philadelphia. The center features a Brooks Brothers and Coach Factory Store, as well as personal services and dining options.
