Houston — EDENS has announced the addition of five new tenants to Uptown Park, a retail center located in Houston. Restaurant Lombardi Cucina Italiana will open a 9,350-square-foot location; Polestar, a Swedish electric car brand, will occupy 3,420 square feet; and GLOSSLAB, a membership-based nail salon, will occupy 972 square feet. Rocambolesc, an ice cream shop, opened at the retail center earlier this year. Fertility and reproductive health clinic kindbody also recently opened its 5,360-square-foot location at Uptown Park.

Reston, Va. — Comstock Holding Cos. Inc. has signed mini-golf entertainment concept Puttshack to anchor Phase II of Reston Station, an 80-acre mixed-use project underway in Northern Virginia. Located near the Wiehle-Reston East Metro Station at 1850 Reston Row Plaza in Reston, Puttshack will be the project’s first active entertainment venue when it opens in summer 2025. Somerville, Mass. — Five new tenants are scheduled to open at Assembly Row, a mixed-use development located in Somerville, a suburb of Boston. Athleta; ZWILLING J.A. Henckels, a cutlery and kitchenware retailer; Coach; Aerie; and Paper Source have signed leases and are scheduled to open within the next year. Other soon-to-open retailers include Civility Social House, Pandora Jewelry, An Nam Vietnamese Grill, FRANK Restaurant + Market, PNC Bank and Tribos Peri Peri. Tiffin, Iowa — The Ders Group LLC has broken ground on a two-story PinSeekers golf venue at the Park Place mixed-use development in Tiffin, about 20 miles south of Cedar Rapids. The 49,022-square-foot venue will feature 56 heated bays and Toptracer ball tracking technology, which uses high-speed cameras and computer algorithms to provide instant feedback on golf swings. Lucky’s, a family-owned independent grocery store, will offer a mix of natural foods, fruits and vegetables. CASTO has owned Thurber Village since 2005.
