Manchester, N.H. — Horvath & Tremblay has arranged the $11.7 million sale of North End Shops at Livingston Park, a 51,048-square-foot retail center located in Manchester. Bob Horvath, Todd Tremblay, Aaron Huntley and Matt Nadler of Horvath & Tremblay represented the undisclosed seller and procured the buyer in the transaction. Dollar Tree anchors the center, which was developed in 1987 and renovated in 2017. The property is located at 535-555 Hooksett Road and was fully leased at the time of sale.

Salem, N.H. — Anthropologie has opened a new store at The Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem. Totaling 7,685 square feet, this marks the first store in the state for the brand. Simon owns and operates The Mall at Rockingham Park. Other tenants at the mall include FP Movement, DICK’s House of Sport and Earthbound Trading Co.
Salem, N.H. — Retailers Anthropologie and FP Movement, the activewear branch of Free People, have signed leases at The Mall at Rockingham Park in Salem. Anthropologie will occupy 8,000 square feet, and FP Movement will occupy 2,125 square feet. Scheduled to open this fall, the stores will mark the first in the state for both brands. Merrimack, N.H. — Marcus & Millichap’s Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) has arranged the sale of Merrimack Village Center, an 82,292-square-foot retail center located in Merrimack, roughly 50 miles northwest of Boston. An entity doing business as Merrimack Village Center LLC acquired the property for $16.6 million. Shaw’s anchors the center, which was constructed on 10 acres in 2006. Other tenants include Dental Designs of New England, KT Cleaners, Sweet Ginger, Pizzico, Subway, Hana, Bliss Nail Salon, Smoker’s Haven and Supercuts. Newington, N.H. — Morgan Stanley has sold Mall at Fox Run, a 250,000-square-foot mall located in Newington, to Torrington Properties. Tenants at the property include Seacoast Cars & Coffee, Aeropostale, American Eagle, Bath & Body Works, H&M, LOFT, Men’s Wearhouse and Yankee Candle. The buyer previously completed the $11.5 million purchase of a 130,400-square-foot vacant former Sears store at the property in October 2022 and has plans to transform the mall into a mixed-use development.
Enosburg Falls, Vt. and Somersworth, N.H. — Two Tractor Supply Co. Stores comprising 19,097 square feet each have opened in Vermont and New Hampshire. The two stores also each feature 20,000 square feet of outdoor display, retail and garden space. The building is situated within the 1 million-square-foot Rockingham Park Mall and currently houses Cinemark Theatres and Dick’s Sporting Goods, which have backfilled 53 percent of the space.
