San Marcos, Calif. — Major tenants of the property include Ralph’s and CVS.
Pleasant Hill, Calif. — The transaction was structured with a 20-year term fully amortizing loan.
Vista, Calif. — The 17,855-square-foot Breeze Hill Commercial Center is fully occupied by eight tenants, half of which are national tenants and half of which are regional.
