Vista, Calif. — Black Lion Investment Group has completed the sale of the fifth and final parcel of Vista Terrace Marketplace, a retail property in Vista. Crow Holdings acquired the two-acre parcel, which features 28,440 square feet of retail space, for $13.3 million. Vista Terrace Marketplace is currently 90 percent occupied by tenants including Jersey Mike’s Subs, Pacific Dental, Sports Clips and Discovery Preschool. Gleb Lvovich and Daniel Tyner of JLL’s Capital Markets team handled the transaction.

San Diego and Lake Forest, Calif. — Jack in the Box Inc. (NASDAQ: JACK) and Del Taco Restaurants (NASDAQ: TACO) have entered into a merger agreement valued at approximately $575 million, inclusive of existing debt. Under the terms of the agreement, Jack in the Box will acquire Del Taco for $12.51 per share in cash. Jeremy McChesney, Bill Asher and Jeff Lefko of Hanley Investment Group represented the seller, Diamond Properties, in the transaction. El Cajon, Calif. — La Maestra Family Clinic has purchased a multi-tenant retail center located at 1242-1248 E. Main St. in El Cajon, roughly 17 miles outside San Diego. Main Street Trust sold the asset for $6.4 million. The buyer plans to convert the vacant, 22,694-square-foot retail center into a community health center. The flagship store is situated on 18 acres along the north side of Interstate 91 roughly 38 miles outside Los Angeles.
