Restaurants Birria 1983, The Bao Spot and BluWave Sushi will occupy 3,800; 2,100; and 3,000 square feet, respectively. Orlando, Fla. and Mount Pleasant, S.C. — Crush Yard will open two new pickleball clubs in Florida and South Carolina. Opening later this month, the first venue will total 40,000 square feet in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. In November, a 50,000-square-foot facility will open in Orlando, occupying a former Bed Bath and Beyond building. The clubs will feature pickleball courts, as well as access to coaches. The South Carolina Crush Yard will also feature coffee from One Nation Coffee and beer from Holy City Brewing.
Leesburg, Fla. — Legacy Realty Group Advisors has arranged the sale of Lake Harris Square, a 61,220-square-foot shopping center located in Leesburg. Winn Dixie anchors the property. Miami Beach, Fla. — Azora has purchased an 18,000-square-foot retail building in Miami Beach for $16 million. Azora acquired the property, which was fully leased at the time of sale, through its subsidiary Azora Exan. The buyer plans to maintain the current operation of the building, with gradual increases to rental rates.

Kaysville, Utah — Utah-based indoor pickleball brand The Picklr will open 80 new venues across eleven states, including Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Wyoming. Situated on 13.2 acres and developed between 2020 and 2022, the property was fully leased at the time of sale. Publix anchors the center. Tampa, Fla. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $7.3 million sale of a freestanding store located in Tampa. Publix occupies the 64,031-square-foot property on a net-lease basis. Situated on 6.3 acres, the store was built in 1977 as an Albertsons. Evan Cannan and Reid Thedford of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private investor whose family has owned the land for nearly a century. Key West, Fla. —Orion Buying Corp. has acquired a 10,174-square-foot property located in Key West for $5.3 million. Walgreens occupies the building, which formerly housed the historic Strand Theater and also includes two residential apartments. Miami, Fla. — Four restaurants will join the food-and-beverage lineup at Miami Worldcenter, a 27-acre, $6 billion mixed-use development currently underway in Miami. Serafina and Sixty Vines will lease 8,176 square feet and 8,672 square feet, respectively. NDM Hospitality Services will also open a dual-concept venue featuring BurgerFi and Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza & Wings. Together, the two restaurants will occupy 3,835 square feet of space.
