Alpharetta, Ga. and Princeton, N.J. – The retail co-op has more than 5 million active members and 135 stores in 33 states.
Dublin, Calif. – These locations include the chain’s first location in New Jersey and increase the total number of stores in Texas to 28.
Chicago – Patrick Lindemann and Kevin Cleary will assist with completing in-progress construction in New Jersey, as well as identify additional sites in New Jersey and Chicago.
Edgewater, N.J. – Edgewater Harbor’s retail component serves a population of more than 2.1 million people within a five-mile radius.
Short Hills, N.J. – Calypso St. Barth, Geox, Maje and The Art of Shaving have opened or will soon open in the center.
Howell, N.J. – The Grove at Howell will be fully completed in June 2015.
Old Bridge, N.J. – The firm will assist the companies and their franchisees with site selection in multiple markets.
Tyler, Texas – The development will feature more than 700,000 square feet of retail, 230,000 of it for outlets and 475,000 of it for big-box and mixed-use retailers.
Paramus, N.J. – The 85 properties total approximately 16.1 million square feet and have an average occupancy of 95 percent.
