Albemarle, N.C. — SRS Real Estate Partners’ National Net Lease Group has brokered the $2.2 million sale of First Street Station, a 52,230-square-foot, grocery-anchored shopping center located in Albemarle, about 40 miles east of Charlotte. New Bern, N.C. — JLL has arranged the sale of a Harris Teeter ground lease at New Bern Marketplace, a 99,839-square-foot retail center located in New Bern. Alex Sharrin, Danny Finkle, Tom Kolaczyk and Jeff Cicurel of JLL represented the sellers, Columbia Development Group and Lubert Adler. Bussel Realty represented the 1031 buyer, Central Ave. Corp. Other tenants at the shopping center include Ross Dress for Less, Hobby Lobby, Academy Sports, Five Below, West Marine and Ulta Beauty.

Emerald Isle, N.C. — JLL has arranged the sale of Emerald Plantation Shopping Center, a 102,539-square-foot retail center located in Emerald Isle on the coast of North Carolina. Tom Kolarczyk of JLL represented the seller, Cameron Street Partners, in the $12 million transaction. Charlie Barzola of Eastern Commercial represented the undisclosed buyer. The shopping center, which is anchored by Food Lion, was 100 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including Michelangelo’s Pizza, Shark’s Den Bar and Grill, Rucker John’s and Elly’s.
