In addition to the full range of American Girl dolls and accessories, the two-level store will feature a full-service café. Northwood Retail owns and operates The Shops at Park Lane.

Anaheim, Calif. — The Walt Disney Co. (NYSE: DIS) has proposed a $1.9 billion expansion of its Disneyland Resort and surrounding neighborhood in Anaheim, south of Los Angeles in Orange County. If approved, the various new projects would be carried out within 10 years of the approval date, with the potential for another $600 million in capital investment to follow. Miami — Terra and Grass River have secured $245 in permanent financing for Grove Central, the developers’ recently completed mixed-use project in the Coconut Grove neighborhood of Miami. JP Morgan Chase & Co. issued the loan, which will be used to pay off the development’s existing construction loan, provided in 2021 by Apollo Global Management. Santa Clara, Calif. — Maven Commercial has brokered the $15.9 million sale of University Shopping Center, a 2.9-acre retail center located in Santa Clara. Safeway anchors the property, which was fully leased at the time of sale. Tenants at the center include Taco Bell, Round Table Pizza and Wicked Chicken. An entity controlled by the Bushnell family sold the property, which is situated next to Santa Clara University, to Bay Properties Inc. A Southern California-based private investor sold the portfolio, which includes Athmar Park Shopping Center, a 58,204-square-foot neighborhood retail center in Denver, and SouthPark Shopping Center, a 52,938-square-foot property located in Littleton. Michaels is scheduled to open a 25,600-square-foot store in the first quarter of this year as the new anchor tenant, taking over a renovated space formerly occupied by Bed Bath & Beyond. Greeley, Colo. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $2.2 million sale of a 15-year, absolute triple-net ground lease for an Ent Credit Union-occupied property in Greeley, southeast of Fort Collins. A developer sold the property to an undisclosed buyer. Drew Isaac and Ian Hicks of Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office represented the seller in the deal.
