Osage Beach, Mo. — SkyView Partners and Tegethoff Development, along with Fred Ross, owner of Big Thunder Marine, are set to begin construction this summer on Oasis at Lakeport in Osage Beach within Missouri’s Lake of the Ozarks. Magnolia, Texas — SVN | J. Beard Real Estate has arranged the sale of Renaissance Center, a 92,724-square-foot shopping center located in Magnolia, roughly 44 miles northwest of Houston. Minneapolis — Kraus-Anderson has begun a $2 million renovation project for Modist Brewing Co. in Minneapolis. Designed by Perkins & Will, the 7,000-square-foot renovation of Modist’s existing North Loop building will add new offices, a brewing lab, bar and event space. Kraus-Anderson is working in partnership with J. Benson, a minority business enterprise contractor. Completion is scheduled for mid-July.
