Kennesaw, Ga. — Franklin Street has brokered the $13 million sale of Town Center Commons, a 72,168-square-foot shopping center located in Kennesaw, a northwest suburb of Atlanta. 615 Ventures purchased the retail center from Ardent Cos. Bryan Belk and John Tennant of Franklin Street represented the seller in the transaction. Town Center Commons is anchored by Public Lands, the first Southeast location of a new outdoors and sporting goods retail concept from Dick’s Sporting Goods. PEBB, Banyan Sign Aldi to Anchor 71,000-Square-Foot Retail Center Development in Southern Florida

 Port St. Lucie, Fla. — PEBB Enterprises and Banyan Development have finalized a lease with Aldi at Shoppes @ the Heart of Tradition, a 71,000-square-foot retail center to be constructed on 15 acres in Port St. Lucie. Occupying 19,231 square feet, the supermarket will anchor the center, which is located within the master-planned Tradition Community. Steubenville, Ohio — Sekulovski Group has arranged the $14 million sale of Rural King Plaza, a 215,360-square-foot shopping center located in Steubenville, roughly 40 miles west of Pittsburgh. A Brooklyn-based private investor acquired the property from PICOA Inc. of Los Angeles. Tony Sekulovski of Sekulovski Group brokered the transaction. Northmarq Arranges Financing for 110,000-Square-Foot Retail Center Near Dallas

Carollton, Texas — Northmarq has arranged permanent financing for Carrollton Park Village, a 110,000-square-foot shopping center located in Carrollton, roughly 20 miles northwest of Dallas. Phillip Bankhead of Northmarq secured the 15-year permanent-fixed loan on behalf of the borrower, Vista Property Company. Genworth Financial provided the financing. Built in phases from 1965 to 1987, the property comprises five buildings situated on 10 acres. Tenants at the center include dd’s Discounts, Dollar General and Hibbett Sporting Goods.
