Summerville, S.C. — Crosland Southeast has bought 23.7 acres for the first phase of One Nexton, a Publix-anchored mixed-use development in Summerville, roughly 24 miles outside Charleston. Daniel Pellegrino and Seth Clark of Bridge Commercial represented the seller, Brookfield/NASH, in the transaction. Charleston, S.C. — Stiles has sold Point Hope Commons, a 75,000-square foot neighborhood shopping center in Charleston, for $29 million. Publix anchors the center, which was developed by Stiles in 2019. The property was 92 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including Roper St. Francis Healthcare, Heartland Dental and Cainhoy Veterinary Hospital.

Myrtle Beach, S.C. — Twin Peaks has signed a lease to open a new restaurant at Myrtle Beach Mall. United Development Co., owner and operator of Myrtle Beach Mall, arranged the lease for Twin Peaks. The restaurant will open in an 11,600-square-foot space and will feature a Topgolf Swing Suite, selection of arcade games, 32 beers on tap and 76 televisions. Tenants at Myrtle Beach Mall include AMC, Bass Pro Shops, Belk, Books-A-Million, Overstock Furniture and Chick-fil-A.

Mount Pleasant, S.C. — Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the $14.3 million sale of a 33,000-square-foot property formerly occupied by Regal Cinemas in Mount Pleasant, about 9.5 miles from Charleston. Nick Tanana and Brady Dashiell of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Regal Cinemas, in the disposition of the property to Collett Capital. The site was marketed as a redevelopment opportunity.
