Franklin, Tenn. – SouthStar will develop nearly 500,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, 950 residential units and 450 hotel rooms at a boutique hotel and a limited service hotel.
Lake Como, N.J. – The properties are all subject to long-term triple net leases.
Lenoir City, Tenn. – Franklin Centre is 95 percent occupied, with tenants such as Dollar Tree, Sally Beauty Supply and Shoe Show.
Memphis, Tenn. – The center’s Memphis submarket has a population of more than 165,000 people and an average household income of more than $70,000 within a five-mile radius.
Bristol, Tenn. – The 235-acre Pinnacle will be anchored by a Bass Pro Shops.
Germantown, Tenn. – The expansion of Saddle Creek will be completed in spring 2015.
Cincinnati – The acquisition added approximately 736,000 square feet to their portfolio.
Knoxville, Tenn. – The shopping center will be the first Knoxville location for Fresh to Order and Blush Boutique.
