Houston — Hospitality group Noble 33 has announced plans to open two restaurant concepts at The Pavilion at The Allen shopping center in Houston. Toca Madera will occupy 11,103 square feet with a seat count of 393, and Meduza Mediterrania will comprise 9,732 square feet with a 289-seat occupancy. The openings are scheduled for this fall and early next year, respectively. Noble 33’s in-house design firm Monochrome Concept oversees both concepts.
