Located in Kill Devil Hills, the store is the first of 10 Wawa locations scheduled to open in the state by the end of 2024. Three tenants occupy the property, which comprises 8,000 square feet situated on 1.6 acres. Newport Beach, Calif. — California-based Graystone Capital Advisors has arranged the $12 million sale of a portfolio of 7-Eleven properties located throughout North Carolina and Virginia. A Texas-based developer sold the portfolio, which comprises seven newly constructed stores. 7-Eleven occupies the properties on 15-year leases. The new Topgolf will represent the third Topgolf in North Carolina, with the other two venues in the Charlotte area.
