Coppell, Forney and Fort Worth, Texas — Firehouse Subs has signed three leases totaling 4,149 square feet in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro. Firehouse will occupy 1,649 square feet at Heritage Trace in Fort Worth, 1,300 square feet at Victory at Forney in Forney and 1,200 square feet at Braewood Shopping Center in Coppell. Grant Gary and Kendall Graff of The Woodmont Co. represented Firehouse Subs in the lease negotiations.

Wantagh, N.Y. — The French Workshop has opened a 3,750-square-foot artisanal bakery and café at Willow Wood Shopping Center in the Long Island community of Wantagh. Robert Delavale of the Breslin Realty represented the landlord in the lease negotiations on an internal basis. Cary Fabrikant, also with Breslin Realty, represented the tenant. Other tenants at the center include Starbucks Coffee, Petco and Jovia Financial Credit Union.
Eden Prairie, Minn. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $2.3 million sale of an 8,276-square-foot restaurant property in the Minneapolis suburb of Eden Prairie. Buca Di Beppo occupies the property on a net-lease basis. Tom Gommels of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a limited liability company. Alvin Mansour and Sim Liberow, also of Marcus & Millichap, represented the buyer, an LLC completing a 1031 exchange.
Houston — EDENS has announced the addition of four new retail and restaurant tenants to its Uptown Park development in Houston. Natuzzi, a luxury Italian furniture brand, will open a 6,393-square-foot showroom; and Hi, skin — a skincare concept — will occupy a 2,261-square-foot space. Food-and-beverage concepts JuiceLand and sweetgreen will also join the tenant lineup, leasing 700 square feet and 2,908 square feet, respectively.
Schaumburg, Ill. — Lee & Associates has negotiated the sale of a 12,500-square-foot property formerly occupied by Frankly Yours restaurant in Schaumburg, approximately 30 miles northwest of Chicago. Rick Scardino and Michael Petrik of Lee & Associates represented the buyer, the Village of Schaumburg. Attorney Steven Dobrofsky represented the seller, Chicago Title Land Trust Co.
Woburn, Mass. — Teresa’s Ristorante will open a 12,500-square-foot Italian eatery in Woburn, a northern suburb of Boston. The space, which features private dining rooms and a patio, is currently being renovated, and the restaurant expects to open this spring. John Halsey and Steve Cusano of Cummings Properties represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The name and representative of the landlord were not disclosed.
Miami Beach, Fla. — Asana Partners has announced the addition of five new tenants to Sunset Harbour, a 21,000-square-foot retail center in Miami Beach. Restaurants Casa Bufala, Sacro and Nautical Bowls will occupy 2,500, 2,813 and 950 square feet, respectively. Chip City Cookies will also join the food-and-beverage lineup, leasing 980 square feet. Additionally, fitness and wellness club The Outsider will open a 2,006-square-foot location.
Charlotte, N.C. — Crescent Communities and Nuveen Real Estate are underway on the construction of Monarch Market, an 18,000-square-foot food hall located within One Independence Center in Charlotte. Hospitality HQ will operate the space, which is scheduled to open later this year and will feature 12 food stalls, one full-service restaurant, three bars and a private event space. The event space will include a cocktail lounge with outdoor space, semi-private space available for reservations and an indoor/outdoor bar. Santa Monica, Calif. — Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. has announced the launch of a new restaurant concept, which will be opening in a ghost kitchen space in Santa Monica. Dubbed Farmesa, the restaurant will open at Third Street Promenade in partnership with Kitchen United Mix. A soft opening is planned, which will feature an abbreviated menu and limited hours, before the official launch next month.
