Tempe, Ariz. — San Diego-based B2 Holdings has purchased a 10-acre property located at 1800 and 1818 E. Baseline Road in Tempe. A Florida-based seller sold the asset for $14.4 million. The property is located less than half-a-mile from US Route 60 and in proximity to Dobson Ranch and Arizona State University. At the time of sale, Target and US Bank leased portions of the site. Plano, Texas — At Home Group Inc. reported a 47.5 percent increase in net sales for its third fiscal quarter that ended Oct. 24 relative to its fiscal third quarter in 2019. At Home has now achieved 21.5 percent growth in net sales on a year-to-date basis. The Plano-based home improvement retailer also reported $47.1 million in net income for its third quarter, a substantial increase from the $14.6 million net loss posted in the third quarter of 2019. Regency Centers Sells Retail Building Leased to Whole Foods in Swampscott, Massachusetts, for $19.2 Million
Swampscott, Mass. — Regency Centers, a Florida-based shopping center REIT, has sold a 35,907-square-foot retail building leased to Whole Foods Market in Swampscott, about 30 miles northeast of Boston. The sales price was $19.2 million. Whole Foods has occupied the building, which sits on roughly five acres, for more than 15 years. Chris Angelone, Nat Heald and Eric Suffoletto of JLL represented Regency Centers in the transaction and procured the buyer, locally based investment firm Academy Hill Realty.
The Colony, Texas — Electric Gamebox, a British entertainment concept centered on interactive gaming, will open a 4,000-square-foot venue at Grandscape, the 433-acre mixed-use destination in the northern Dallas suburb of The Colony. Menomonee Falls, Wis. and San Francisco — Sephora will debut at least 850 “Sephora at Kohl’s” locations within Kohl’s stores by 2023, the San Francisco-based cosmetic company announced. The locations will span 2,500 square feet and will typically be situated near the front of each Kohl’s. Sephora at Kohl’s shops will replace Kohl’s current in-store beauty assortment. Exterior signage at locations that feature the in-store shops will display both Kohl’s and Sephora branding.
