CBL Properties Announces Executive Appointments, Promotions

Chattanooga, Tenn. — Chattanooga-based CBL Properties has promoted Mike Harrison to executive vice president of operations and Alan Lebovitz to executive vice president of management.

“Mike and Alan have established themselves as leaders within CBL in their respective fields and the shopping center industry,” said Stephen Lebovitz, president and CEO of CBL, in a statement. “We are pleased to recognize their accomplishments and significant contributions to the company.”

Harrison joined CBL in 2013. His experience includes 18 years of senior level consulting practice focused on strategic management in the real estate industry. Lebovitz joined the company in 1995, serving various roles in management, leasing and development.

CBL also announced two promotions within the management division: Don Sewell, promoted to senior vice president of management, and Dan Wolfe, promoted to vice president of management.

In addition to these changes, Jim Ward was appointed vice president of innovation and new business ventures, and Brian Lutz was promoted to senior director of marketing and retailer services.
