Austin, Texas and Shrewsbury, Mass. — Centennial has been selected to provide management services for two grocery-anchored centers: Casis Village in Austin, Texas, and Lakeway Commons in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts.
Randalls anchors Casis Village, a 48,500-square-foot center located in the Tarrytown neighborhood of Austin. Other tenants at the property include Tarrytown Pharmacy, Starbucks Coffee and Estilo.
Lakewood Commons is a 100,000-square-foot retail center that is anchored by a 50,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market. A mix of dining and service-oriented tenants, such as Starbucks Coffee, Tavern in the Square and Burtons Grill, are located at the property.
Centennial will provide property management services for both centers, as well as leasing services for Lakeway Commons.
