Orlando, Fla. — Colliers International has arranged the $17 million sale of a 52,539-square-foot, un-anchored shopping center located within The Village at Hunter’s Creek mixed-use development in Orlando.
The retail center is located on the corner of SR 417 and John Young Parkway at 13526 Village Park Drive. The Village at Hunter’s Creek mixed-use development is comprised of 19 buildings and a two-acre park. Sean Glickman of Colliers represented the seller, Gibraltar Capital and Asset Management, in the transaction. Village HC LLC acquired the property.
