Construction Complete on Fortuna Commons in Arizona

Yuma, Ariz. – New tenants include Goodwill, Firehouse Subs and an AutoZone.

Construction is complete on Phase 2 of the Fortuna Commons shopping center, anchored by Fry’s Food & Drug. New tenants include Firehouse Subs, Goodwill and AutoZone. Current tenants include Goodwill and Firehouse Subs, with AutoZone going through the entitlement process. Developers Brown Group completed Phase 1 in 2012. It is 100 percent leased with Aaron’s; Chase Bank; Cost Cutters; Denny’s; GNC; and Ocotillo Dental Associates.
