Brandon, Fla. — Cooper Commercial Investment Group has arranged the $6.4 million sale of Bloomingdale Commons, a 27,555-square-foot retail center in Brandon, located 13 miles east of Tampa.
Bob Havasi and Dan Cooper of Cooper Commercial Investment Group represented the seller, an East Coast private investment group. The buyer was not disclosed. Bloomingdale Commons was fully leased at the time of sale.
