Coreland To Manage 12 Centers For Watt Properties

Tustin, Calif. — Coreland Properties has been awarded the management contract for 12 centers owned by Watt Properties.

Edinger Plaza in Huntington Beach, Calif., will be managed by Coreland Cos.Tustin, Calif. — Coreland Companies will assumed the management of a portfolio of retail centers in Southern California owned by Watt Properties. The 12 centers in the portfolio total 1.2 million square feet and are located in Orange, Los Angeles and Riverside counties.

 

The 12 centers Coreland will manage for Watt are:

 

ORANGE COUNTY

Alicia Towne Plaza (149,328 square feet), Mission Viejo

Edinger Plaza (145,143 square feet), Huntington Beach

Canyon Village Plaza (112,441 square feet), Anaheim

Anaheim Towne Center (106,140 square feet), Anaheim

La Habra Towne Center (92,891 square feet), La Habra

Landmark Plaza (79,979 square feet), Huntington Beach

Magnolia Plaza (59,650 square feet), Fountain Valley
