Ka Makana Ali’i, Hawaii’s first regional shopping center to be built in more than 30 years, will feature more than 150 shopping, dining and entertainment offerings, two hotels and LEED-certified office space. The center’s list of signed tenants includes Macy’s, Forever 21, H&M and AT&T. Grading and grubbing activities will begin this month with a formal construction start announced soon.
