Little Elm, Texas — Dunhill Partners Inc. has sold Little Elm Towne Crossing, a 150,007-square-foot center in Little Elm. The property is located at 2700 E. Eldorado Parkway, 30 miles north of downtown Dallas. Hobby Lobby and Dollar Tree anchor the property, which was built in 2007 and was 95 percent leased at the time of sale. Other tenants include 24 Hour Fitness, Studio 720 Salon, The Draft House, Hibbett Sports, Monarch Dental, Great Clips, Planet Tan, Choice of India Groceries and Baylor Institute for Rehab. Aaron Johnson, Barry Brown, Chris Gerard, Ryan Shore and Adam Roosien of JLL represented the seller in the transaction. The seller was not disclosed.
