Eastern Consolidated Arranges Lease for Hudson Market in New York

New York – The market is located at the base of a new 89-unit, luxury residential rental building known as Port 10.

New York – Eastern Consolidated has arranged a long-term, 5,100-square-foot lease for Hudson Market, a new gourmet food-market concept at 303 10th Ave. in west Manhattan. The market’s ground-floor retail space is complemented by 800 additional square feet on the basement level and located at the base of a new 89-unit, luxury residential building known as Port 10.

The Hudson Market concept includes an organic grocery and produce section, coffee bar by Intelligentsia Coffee, juice bar, deli, carvery section with products from local purveyors and freshly-baked goods from vendors. Hudson Market will also feature a restaurant with a daily changing menu of dishes.

Neighboring tenants will include Velour Lounge, Paul Kasmin Gallery, Marquee, The Drunken Horse and The Red Cat. Hudson Market joins Heller Gallery to complete the commercial tenant roster at 303 10th Ave.
