EDENS Breaks Ground on $95 Million Shopping Center Development in Atlanta

Atlanta — Columbia, South Carolina-based EDENS has broken ground on Moores Mill, a $95 million shopping center development in the West Midtown District of Atlanta.

The 70,000-square-foot shopping center will be anchored by Publix, and will feature a mix of retailers, restaurants and apartment residences, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle. The development is expected for completion in June 2017. EDENS held a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, March 2 that was attended by Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed, EDENS executives, local government officials and economic development officers.
