The retail portfolio includes Briarforest Plaza, Coles Crossing, Sandbridge Plaza and River Gate Center. Joshua Jacobs of EDGE Realty Partners represented the buyer, West Houston Retail, in the transaction. The seller and developer, Satya Inc., was self-represented by Gopal Bathija.
