Houston — EDGE Realty Capital Markets has arranged the sale of Citywest Retail Center, an 11,911-square-foot shopping center located at 2550 Citywest Blvd. and 10550 Westheimer Road in Houston.
The property houses several national and regional tenants, including FedEx, MOD Pizza, Panera Bread and Tropical Smoothie Café. Micha van Marcke and Chace Henke of EDGE Realty represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer and sales price were not disclosed.
