The property was 98.3 percent occupied at the time of sale by tenants including Sears Outlet, Citi Trends, It’s Fashion Metro, Dollar Tree, Kool Smiles and Rainbow. Brandon Beeson and Kevin Holland of Edge Realty Capital represented the seller, 1996 Parkway Plaza Partnership LLC. TCP Capital Partners LLC acquired the property for an undisclosed price.
