Cookeville, Tenn.— Fimiani Development Corporation has acquired Willow Tree Plaza in Cookeville, Tennessee, for $4.2 million.
The 110,000-square-foot center is home to tenants including Save A Lot, Harbor Freight Tools, Aaron’s and Family Dollar. Extensive renovations are planned for the center, including repaving the parking lot, the addition of a new roof and repainting. Zach Taylor and Jonathan Gerzburg of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the transaction, Willow Tree Partners.
