Foundry Row Receives Rezoning Approval

Owings Mills, Md. — Foundry Row is a mixed-use, $140 million project.

Owings Mills, Md.  — The Baltimore County Coucil, by a vote of six to one, has approved rezoning for the vacant Solo Cup factory site in Owings Mills for the mixed-use Foundry Row, a $140 million project. The 375,000-square-foot development will be anchored by a Wegmans grocery store. The project will also include a fitness anchor, sporting goods anchor and 40,000 square feet of office space, in addition to shops and restaurants. Greenberg Gibbons, along with Vanguard Equities, is the project developer.
