HFF Selected to Sell Yorkville Marketplace

Chicago  — HFF has been named to market the sale of the 111,591-square-foot Yorkville Marketplace in suburban Chicago. The center is anchored by a Jewel-Osco and an Office Max, and also includes tenants Panera Bread, Quizno’s and GNC. Yorkville Marketplace is situated on approximately 18 acres. It was built in two phases in 2002 and 2007. Daniel Kaufman and Amy Sands of HFF’s Chicago office, along with Jim Batjer and Barry Brown of the firm’s Dallas office, are marketing the property on behalf of the seller, a joint venture between affiliates of Tucker Development Corp. and American Realty Advisors.
