Kansas City, Mo. — Gart Properties has acquired Village at Burlington Creek, a 158,000-square-foot shopping center located in Kansas City. Sprouts Farmers Market anchors the property, which was 83 percent leased at the time of sale. Other tenants include Orangetheory Fitness, Club Pilates, Caribou Coffee and Taco Bell, among others.
Chris Robertson of Newmark Zimmer represented the buyer in the transaction. PNC Bank financed the acquisition. Inland Real Estate Income Trust was the seller.
