Gary Saykaly Joins Franklin Street as Senior Director

Atlanta – In his career, Saykaly has completed more than $3 billion in retail investment sale transactions.

Gary SaykalyAtlanta – Gary Saykaly has joined Franklin Street as a senior director in the firm’s Atlanta office. Saykaly will work with brokers throughout the firm to build a retail investment sales and advisory platform focused on anchored open-air centers and retail assets owned by REITs and institutions located in the Southeast and surrounding states. Prior to joining Franklin Street, Saykaly was a senior director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Southeast retail investment sales platform and a member of its national retail investment advisory team.
