Forest City Enterprises has sold Golden Gate Shopping Center in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, for $47 million.Mayfield Heights, Ohio – Hornig Capital Partners LLC and Hutensky Capital Partners have purchased Golden Gate Shopping Center in a joint venture for $47 million. The seller was Forest City Enterprises. Golden Gate Shopping Center, located 20 miles east of Cleveland, is anchored by national tenants that include Marshalls, PetSmart, Golf Galaxy, h.h. gregg, OfficeMax and Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft Stores. Built in 1958, the 371,748-square-foot center was renovated in 1995.
