Miami Beach, Fla. — Seven new tenants have signed leases along Lincoln Road, a mixed-use, open-air district in Miami Beach. Waxxed Sports Cards (1,450 square feet) and Lucky Box Vending Machine will open in June, while City Food Hall, an 18,000-square-foot culinary destination, along with Negroni Caffe and Sushi Bar (2,613 square feet) will open this summer. Biobliss (2,500 square feet) will debut in July, while Steve Madden will launch this fall/winter. In addition, Cajun Boil (4,565 square feet), Uniqlo (14,284 square feet) and All’Antico Vinaio (1,793 square feet) will open later in the year. The new tenants total 70,736 square feet of retail space.
Recently opened tenants along Lincoln Road include Edikted, The Best Açai, Alex Turco Gallery, Sulta Rosa, Toni Pons, Culto Fútbol, Myka, Prince St. Pizza and SILK.
Beyond the district’s confirmed openings and recent arrivals, Lincoln Road is also seeing existing tenants deepen their commitment to the corridor. Zara is expanding its presence on the 400 block with a larger, reimagined flagship expected later this year, while Guess is undertaking a full renovation at 546 Lincoln Road to introduce a new flagship concept. Additionally, Hoka is relocating to a larger, 5,000-square-foot store at 700 Lincoln Road while continuing operations at its current location during construction. Kiko Milano is also under renovation, with plans to reopen this fall.
