Goldstein Group Brokers $37 Million Sale of Retail Center in Fort Lee, New Jersey

Fort Lee, N.J. — New Jersey-based The Goldstein Group has brokered the $37 million sale of Washington Bridge Plaza, a 47,000-square-foot retail center located in the Northern New Jersey community of Fort Lee. Walgreens anchors the property. Other tenants at the center include The Gyro Project, Bon Epi, Fort Lee Vision, Binghamton Bagel & Deli, Belle Journée Bakery, Revolving Sushi, Punta Cana, 101 Chicken and Pho Today.

CJ Huter, Marc Palestina and Lew Finkelstein of The Goldstein Group represented the 1031-exchange buyer, Young Property LLC, in the transaction. Baruch Herman of Booth Street Realty represented the seller, AAC Fort Lee Properties LLC.
