Hermitage, Tenn. — HFF has arranged the sale of Oakwood Commons, a 276,448-square-foot shopping center in Hermitage, 16 miles northeast of Nashville.
Jim Hamilton, Richard Reid and Shea Petrick of HFF arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, Brixmor Property Group Inc. Gregg Shapiro and Matthew Beam of HFF arranged a five-year, floating-rate loan through Citizens Bank on behalf of the buyer, Big V Capital. Other terms of the deal were not disclosed. At the time of sale, Oakwood Commons was 89 percent leased to tenants such as Publix, Ross Dress for Less, Bed Bath & Beyond and PetSmart.
